Invoicing
We will send invoices based on the schedule agreed upon in your project proposal.
Late Payments
If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to pause work until your account is up to date.
04.Ownership of Work (Intellectual Property)

We own the methods, tools, and internal processes we use to do our jobs.
The Final Product
Once you have paid in full for a project, you own the final marketing materials we created specifically for you. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing case studies unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
05.Guarantees and Results
Marketing is not an exact science. While we use proven strategies and our best efforts to grow your business, we cannot guarantee specific rankings on Google, a specific number of leads, or an exact return on investment. Marketing results depend on many factors outside of our control, such as search engine algorithm changes and market competition.
06.Ending the Relationship (Cancellation)
Either party can end the service agreement by providing written notice (usually 30 days, as specified in your project contract).
If you cancel, you are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date the notice period ends.
We reserve the right to stop working with any client who is abusive, requests illegal activities, or repeatedly fails to pay.
07.Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss that may result from using our services or website. Our total financial responsibility to you will never exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific service in question.
08.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to stay current with laws or changes in our business. We will post the updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
09.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GrowthCatalyx is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the local courts of that area.
